Tim constantly works to provide his membership with the very best practices involved with offering pertinent information about the club in an easy to understand format.

Tim has established a blog that keeps members informed of conditions and projects on the course on a frequent basis. This has been highly successful and is an excellent resource for members to gather important information on how and why their course operates as it does.
SOCIAL PLATFORMS
Tim also led Naperville into the social age with all the latest platforms and apps to communcate effectively for all departments of the club.
STAFF AND MEMBER EDUCATION

– Ray Gerber Editorial Award, presented by the Midwest Association of Golf Course Superintendents.
– Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS) as bestowed by GCSAA. One of approximately 1,700
CGCS world wide.
– Earned the designation of Master GreenKeeper as bestowed by the British and International Golf
GreenKeepers Association (BIGGA). One of only 50 Master Greenkeepers worldwide. One of only
14 Superintendents worldwide that is dually certified with the GCSAA and BIGGA.
– Penn State Turfgrass Alumni Club Award for outstanding technical report
– Recognized for Environmental Planning, Water Quality Management, Water Conservation, and
Chemical Use Reduction/Safety by the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses.

RENOVATION AT NAPERVILLE COUNTRY CLUB
The finished project of renovating the course at Naperville has resulted in several awards and national recognition. Much of this praise is due to the efforts of Tim and he is directly mentioned in many of the articles written on the renovation.
